Terra Heal is a project created to help people achieve better health in all levels. It is Lisbon based massage/holistic therapies concept, founded on the principle that self-care is a necessity not a luxury, designed to serve as an oasis from today’s digitally driven society, our goal is to offer high-quality, affordable massage & holistic therapies services in a homely designed ambience. We use different methods like tools for that: Oriental Massages and Therapeutic Massages, Alternative Therapies, Classes, Educational Health workshops, Courses, Guidance in spiritual development. Our work is always individual and personalised for each client and we don't follow protocols in all the methods mentioned above.
Our Mission
Our mission is to contribute for the Healing, Consciousness developing, Spiritual awakening, Well-being for the humans in all levels - body, soul and spirit, cause we believe that we are whole system in which all levels work and interact together all the time, and issues in each level affects the others. Everybody has his lessons to learn that come in his life like problems, pains, diseases etc....that at the end are our teachers to change something in his life, thinking or attitudes. The teacher appears, when the student is ready. The only thing we (as therapists) can do is to show you the way, but can't tell you how to go there, nor walk there instead of you. "Healing" the people, we are "healing" the Earth, the healed Earth will heal the people - it is a cycle - meaning of our name Terra (Earth) Heal
What we believe
Don't treat the symptoms but search for the reasons for their existing and work on them. Treat the person and not the symptoms.
Every human is an unique being and should be treated like this, with personalized approach and techniques.
The best way to "clean" your body is to stop "poisoning" it.
Don't "give" to the others, what you wouldn't choose for yourself and is not part of your reality
We are the creators of our reality, our attitude towards the things, make the things one way or another.
It depends on our choices, actions or inactions, what consequences will come.

The only way you can teach somebody something is by your positive example, not by your opinion.
Everybody is a teacher and student to everybody.
